Beautiful fused glass pendant made by fusing dichroic glass with a pink honeycomb/ hexagon pattern over blue transparent glass and firing in a kiln heated to up to 750C. The pendant is approximately 3.5cm x1.5cm in size (including the bail). It comes mounted on a silver plated bail with a choice of an 18inch leather cord or silver plated chain, and is packaged in a gift box. Dichroic glass is one of the most expensive glasses to produce due to its unique property of reflecting one colour while transmitting another. This makes the colours of the honeycomb pattern change between blue, pink and purple when it moves around, and makes every single piece completely unique. The one I have photographed is an example of a pink honeycomb on blue pendant, but may not be the exact one you receive.
