Shipping policy

Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect from our Bristol shop 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 3pm Sunday.

Local Delivery

We also have a Local Delivery service within a mile of the shop's location, with a minimum order of £10. This costs £2.

Standard Delivery

We offer standard delivery within the UK at a flat rate of £3.95 and Free over £50.

Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Delivery at Christmas may take longer.

For Overseas Shipping, we are only offering £20 standard delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days, but we cannot guarantee anything.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is at a flat rate of £7.95 within the UK and will be delivered within 48 hours from receipt of order.
