Beautiful dichroic glass stud earrings made by fusing clear glass over blue-black dichroic glass with a honeycomb/hexagon pattern which reflects shades of pink and purple. The earrings are approximately 1cm in diameter. They are affixed with 925 sterling silver ear posts and butterflies, and packaged in a gift box.

Each piece of jewellery is handmade by Eva in Bristol, UK, by fusing together transparent and dichroic glass in a kiln heated to around 800C and allowed to cool very slowly. Placing clear glass on top of the bottom coloured layer gives a shiny, glossy finish and magnifies the colours of the dichroic glass underneath.
Dichroic glass has a unique property of reflecting one colour while transmitting another. This makes the colours of the finished piece change when it moves and means every single piece is completely unique.
