Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery

• We offer standard delivery within the UK at a flat rate of £3.95 and Free over £50.
• Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Delivery at Christmas may take longer.
• For Overseas Shipping, we are only offering £15 standard delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days, but we cannot guarantee anything.

Express Delivery

• Express Delivery is £7.95, and will be delivered within 48 hours from receipt of order.

Click & Collect

• We offer free Click & Collect from our Bristol shop during Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 2pm, buy online and collect from us. If you wish to arrange another time, please contact us.
• These times are for only during this period of lockdown.
• Local Delivery
• We also have a Local Delivery service within a mile of the shop's location, with a minimum order of £10. This costs £2.

Returns

• We hope you are satisfied with your order, but if you wish to return any of your items, please contact us at glassdesignsgallery@gmail.com to notify us of the return.
• For a full refund, the item must be sent to us in its original packaging and within 14 days of the order.
• Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us and whilst its in transit.
• Earrings, masks, soap, cosmetics and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty however do contact us if there is a problem.
