We offer standard delivery within the UK at a flat rate of £3.95 and Free over £50.
Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Delivery at Christmas may take longer.
For Overseas Shipping, we are only offering £15 standard delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days, but we cannot guarantee anything.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is £7.95, and will be delivered within 48 hours from receipt of order.
Click & Collect
We offer free Click & Collect from our Bristol shop during our opening hours, buy online and collect from us. If you wish to arrange another time, please contact us.
Local Delivery
We also have a Local Delivery service within a mile of the shop's location, with a minimum order of £10. This costs £2.
Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your order, but if you wish to return any of your items, please contact us at info@glassdesignsgallery.co.uk to notify us of the return.
For a full refund, the item must be sent to us in its original packaging and within 14 days of the order.
Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us and whilst its in transit.
Earrings, masks, soap, cosmetics and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty however do contact us if there is a problem.
